Clinical Education:
Educates staff to competence according to standards, regulations, and best practice using a variety of teaching methods.
Facilitates achievement of staff role clarity, professional role confidence, and proficiency.
Operates as a change agent in the practice and learning environment.

Current California RN License BSN Degree Evidence of continuing education and self-development Minimum three (3) years clinical experience in an acute care setting Demonstrated teaching ability in formal and informal setting Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Must obtain LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment Preferred:
