This includes the property, parking lot, and lobby.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide mec-guard services as well.
Job Duties:
Maintain a safe and secure property Maintain a positive and professional relationship with residents and tenants Report any unusual activity observed in the area or buildings Take appropriate action to maintain the safety of residents and visitors Complete all required daily logs, reports, etc.
