Under limited supervision, the Nurse Supervisor RN is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.
S/he ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm; supervises and coordinates nursing services; trains team members; is accountable for the work units adherence to established policies and procedures, including maintaining medical records; develops assignments in coordination with the care partners; and supervises team members who are accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Current RN license (completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)SNF experienceCurrent CPR CertificationBS Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience Minimum of 1 year professional supervisory or managerial experience in related fieldExcellent clinical observation and assessment skillsProficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members $109k $132k (DOE) Tuesday through Saturday work scheduleWhat's in it for you?
