Recruiting Professional
Position Overview: Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Recruiting Professional will be a key member of the Human Resources team working closely with Business Leaders on both strategic and tactical recruiting/on-boarding initiatives aligned to CR&Rs business objectives. They will have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the organizations recruiting/on-boarding practice by planning, implementing, and evaluating, programs and practices.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide innovative recruiting/on-boarding strategies and tactical implementations to ensure a continuous stream of exceptional candidates to support business needs.
Support hiring managers in determining position-specific qualifications, creating job descriptions, and effectively interviewing candidates.
Create recruiting/on-boarding metrics and maintain exceptional performance.
Revise and implement a more candidate-centric recruitment/on-boarding processes to ensure top talent is attracted and retained.
Establish and manage effective employer branding and an attractive social media recruiting presence.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations Required
Current TSI, AIRS, ASA recruiting certification - Required
Minimum five (5) years recruiting experience - required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
