Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HRBP will be a key member of the Human Resources team working closely with Business Leaders on both strategic and tactical HR initiatives aligned to CR&Rs business objectives. They will have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the organizations human resources practice by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to internal clients in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, succession planning and compensation administration.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives designed to support CR&R overall business goals and objectives.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
