Our company is currently undergoing a growth in industrial, specialty, bulk and lab gases as well as growth in the CO2 beverage industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic, growth-minded, professional to team up with the sales department in a long established company in Southern California. This is an exciting opportunity for anybody willing to think out of the box and help grow an existing customer base that has existed for over 50 years. This job entails working in a family style atmosphere as well as working with other focused and motivated team members. Accountability and communication are key features, which would be rewarded by a competitive salary plus commission.

Keys to Success
Maintain existing accounts, while looking for opportunity to improve margins and total sales volumes and to secure new profitable business with major focus on gas accounts.
Work with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, while working with to help improve processes and safety matters.
Come up with solutions and be able to explain how specific products and service can meet these needs.
Manage your territory to grow both revenue (sales) and gross margins, establish product pricing and related policies and resolve pricing issues for your territory.
Work closely with Sales Manager and the rest of your support to make sure all the companies and customer's needs are met.
Showcase your talents by understanding your market, types of businesses and competition.
Strive for ongoing education of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products, including marketing strategies and tactics.
Work with all levels within organization to develop and maintain positive interface with customers, suppliers and maintain positive image with the community and represent the company positively in professional association and public relations or community functions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
